RAPHAEL ROMAN, ESQ
Owner
Raphael has over 15 years of experience in real estate matters in the New England Area, representing community and national banks along with other lenders in every type of real estate transaction. He also represents lenders and Certified Development Companies (“CDC’s”) in U.S. Small Business Administration backed 504 and 7(a) loans. Raphael is one of the very few SBA 504 Designated Attorneys in the New England area, and is licensed to practice law in New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, Vermont, Florida and Alabama.
Before graduating from the University of New Hampshire School of Law, Raphael was a co-owner of a local sports business as well as a financial advisor with Morgan Stanley. Over the years, he has been able use his eclectic background to successfully work with local and national commercial lenders, individuals and businesses on over 1,000 commercial transactions.
BREE LANGEVIN
Paralegal
A local to the Seacoast of Maine, Bree graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Political Science. After working in Hospitality for over a decade, Bree transitioned to Fleet Street Title & Closing. While client relations is her strong suit, the challenge of the day to day, fast-paced environment is what makes this position continuously enjoyable.
When she’s not in the office, Bree enjoys spending time with her family (and pup), running, writing and is always on the lookout for a great cup of coffee.
ANDREA MCMANUS
Paralegal
Andrea is a New Hampshire native and while being a newly established Paralegal with Fleet Street Title & Closing, she has been a part of the seacoast professional community for several years. After obtaining her Bachelor of Business Administration and Management from Southern New Hampshire University, she spent half a decade in office management in Portsmouth, NH. Her attention to detail and organization allows her to provide efficient, dependable assistance in every matter. When she's not in the office, Andrea enjoys soaking up the sun, spending time with loved ones, caring for her kitties, and adventuring to new places.
