COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE
Commercial transactions are our specialty. We act as counsel for many of the leading lenders in New England to represent their interests when commercial real estate is involved. We draft attorney prepared documents for commercial real estate transactions in New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts and Vermont, along with reviewing bank prepared documents to ensure they are accurate and comprehensive. Often times bank prepared documents are prepared with a “one size fits all” program. This can lead to issues when dealing with something as unique as real estate, particularly when the structure of borrowers and guarantors grow increasingly more complex. We represent borrowers and sellers in commercial transactions to ensure their interests are protected and also act as escrow and title agents to deliver a timely and efficient closing.

We provide title insurance and escrow services for commercial and residential transactions in New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts.
